One of the people that tested this and I both looked at this and tried to follow your video step-by-step (using Adobe tools) and we can't actually get your SWF to render in Chrome.

When we build the SWF ourselves from Flash Builder, we don't see the memory problem.

Here's a copy of our builds.  I'm wondering if you see the same issue when running our SWFs.  If not, I want to dig into what compiler you're using and your specific compiler settings.
